Naturopath Enoggera
A Root Cause Focused Natural Health Clinic by an Accredited Enoggera Naturopath
Are you struggling with tiredness, poor health, or repeating symptoms that never seem to go away? Maybe you’ve searched for answers and found none, or been told it’s just something to live with. The truth is, things can be different, and a Brisbane naturopath may be able to help.
Rather than simply managing symptoms, Guided By Tradition helps you discover and address the underlying factors affecting your well-being. We use thorough assessments, targeted functional tests, and customised natural treatment plans to help restore balance and long-term health.
Understanding the Root Cause Approach
Think of a moment when you find water seeping from your ceiling into the living room. You rush to grab a bucket and mop, trying to keep the floor dry.
That might hold things off for now, but as soon as the next storm hits, the leak reappears and the problem escalates.
Now imagine instead that you climb up to the roof, find the issue, and repair it. The leak stops for good, and you no longer need the bucket or mop. Now, picture yourself climbing onto the roof, locating the source of the problem, and fixing it properly. The leak disappears for good, and there’s no more need for buckets or mops.
This is the root cause approach.

How We Help You
Our clinic delivers holistic care through natural therapies that address multiple aspects of well-being. We combine nutritional support, herbal medicine, and lifestyle recommendations to help your body recover and thrive naturally.

More than cosmetic concerns, skin issues like acne and eczema can signal underlying inflammation, hormonal disruption, or immune imbalance. A naturopathic approach aims to correct these causes and restore healthy, resilient skin through diet, herbs, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

The health of your hormones can affect your mental and physical health, including energy, mood, and overall well-being. Natural medicine can help to identify and correct hormonal imbalances that contribute to thyroid conditions, adrenal fatigue, fibromyalgia, and more. Treatment may involve nutritional and herbal support, lifestyle adjustments, and strategies to improve energy, mood, metabolism, and overall endocrine health.

Women’s health is dynamic. From reproductive years to menopause, hormonal changes can affect both body and mind. Through naturopathic support for conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, and fertility, we aim to restore balance and promote optimal hormonal and reproductive health.

Gut health plays a vital role in overall well-being. When the digestive system is out of balance, it can contribute to issues like fatigue, mood changes, skin conditions, and hormonal irregularities. Our naturopathic approach works to correct these imbalances through nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle adjustments.

Anxiety, depression, and OCD often stem from deeper imbalances within the body, including nutritional, gut, and nervous system factors. Through naturopathic care, we work to rebalance these systems and support improved mood, focus, and overall mental wellness.

From children’s well-being to chronic fatigue, migraines, and allergies, naturopathy offers support for a diverse range of health concerns. By exploring the deeper factors behind each condition, we create individualised plans that promote lasting balance and vitality.

Optimal Pathology Interpretation
Have your blood tests come back ‘normal’, yet you still don’t feel your best? Conventional pathology ranges reflect averages across the population, not what’s ideal for you personally. We assess your results in context, considering age, lifestyle, and health history, to identify your optimal levels and areas needing support.
Functional Testing
Our clinic provides advanced functional testing, including gut microbiome mapping, DUTCH hormone analysis, adrenal assessments, heavy metal and mineral testing, and EndoMAP, to understand your body’s unique biochemistry and design a tailored health plan.
Why Choose Us?
Qualified Naturopath
Rebecca is an accredited naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from the Australasian College of Natural Medicine and additional training in skin education and mental health. She brings experience, expertise, and a passion for treating illness at its root cause.
Comprehensive Assessment
Our approach begins with in-depth assessment, combining symptom review, health history, and diagnostic testing to identify key nutritional and environmental factors. This ensures we address the root cause rather than masking symptoms.
Individualised Approach
Everyone’s body and health story are different, that’s why every treatment plan is individually tailored to suit your needs, ensuring it supports your body’s natural balance and helps you achieve your wellness goals.
Customer Testimonials
Rebecca has been a wealth of knowledge throughout my health journey in healing my gut and on going fatigue issues. She was very thorough and after our few months of working together I now feel like a new woman.

Google review
I’ve been seeing Rebecca for over a year now after experiencing (Andropause) a steady physical decline beginning in my forties. As a physically active 46 year old man I was constantly injured, recovering from injury or getting sick after strenuous exercise, resulting in muscle loss, weight gain and steadily declining physical performance. But with Rebecca’s knowledge I’m back in the gym and feeling stronger and faster than I was in my thirties…. highly recommended.

Your Naturopathy Questions Answered
How is naturopathy different from conventional medicine?
While conventional health care often focuses only on managing symptoms, naturopathy looks at the bigger picture, working to support your body’s natural ability to heal by identifying and addressing the factors contributing to your symptoms. This can include nutritional guidance, herbal medicine, lifestyle advice, and functional testing to create a personalised treatment plan.
Do I need a referral to see a naturopath?
No doctor’s referral is required. Appointments are available in person at our Enoggera clinic or online for clients across Australia.
What does the initial consultation involve?
During your initial one-hour consultation, we take a deep dive into your health, covering your goals, history, lifestyle, diet, and any existing pathology. This comprehensive assessment helps shape a personalised treatment plan, which may include herbal or nutritional support and optional testing.
How many sessions do I need?
Follow-up appointments, typically scheduled 2–4 weeks after your initial consultation, give us the opportunity to monitor your progress, interpret results, and refine your treatment plan. The frequency of visits depends on your goals, health condition, and how your body responds to care.
Is naturopathy covered by my health insurance?
At this stage, naturopathy isn’t covered by private health insurance in Australia. We recognise that choosing to invest in your health is important, and our goal is to provide individualised, quality care that supports lasting wellness. You can book a complimentary discovery call to see if naturopathy suits your needs.
Is naturopathic treatment evidence-based?
Yes, today’s naturopathy combines traditional healing wisdom with modern scientific evidence. Every recommendation, from herbal and nutritional support to lifestyle strategies, is based on proven efficacy, safety, and quality.
Can you work with my GP or healthcare team?
Absolutely. Naturopathy can complement conventional treatment, and your naturopath can communicate with your medical doctor or other healthcare providers to ensure your care is safe and coordinated.
Can naturopathy help with chronic health conditions?
Yes, naturopathy is well suited to chronic health concerns, including digestive issues, migraines, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and thyroid disorders. We take a root-cause approach, combining natural therapies to relieve symptoms and enhance long-term well-being.
I'm on medication. Can I take supplements or herbal remedies as well?
Often, herbal and nutritional supplements can be used safely with prescription medicines, but this depends on the individual. We always check for potential interactions and choose remedies that are compatible with your medications and health needs.
